This week on the podcast, we talk about our “evolution hotel” – the hotel that most feels like “us”. The Boardwalk boasts a charming, 1920s feel. This is a fun twist on a classic; it adds a nice bite to this bitter but delicious drink. We can’t wait to share this gem with you.
Recipe:
- 1oz Bourbon
- 1oz Campari
- 1oz Sweet Vermouth
- Dehydrated Limes
Presentation:
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass and stir
- Pour into a cut crystal DOF with ice
- Place each dehydrated orange on each side of the glass
- Enjoy!
